Working at Chapters for the past 6 months have made them the best 6 months I've had in a while. The environment is friendly and cooperative, the managers care about your emotional stability (my grandma has been ill, causing me to leave work or town for a while), the stress is manageable and fun. But definitely only for a fellow book lover. If you can't remember books and titles and authors, then you will not be able to work here. Oh and knowing how to gift wrap helps too! :)
