No compensation during a pandemic. Upper management has stated that there is no pressure to meet targets during the Pamdemic but we still get targets and tasks for every shift that needs to be met. Almost zero possibility for promotion. Can be a very abusive and toxic work environment. Health hazards can be ignored by management despite them possibly turning into critical injuries by OHSA standards. Your work individual and shift based will almost NEVER be recognized.
