If you are reading this and thing about working for Chilango’s/Pepe, DONT DO IT. Not only is everything he promises is a lie and treats his employees horribly. He has gone through 18 staff members in a year and there are only 8 staff at a time. Save your self from the worst, most unrewarding job of your life. The depression and discrimination is not worth any penny. You also will get pay cheques and tips extremely late. Most staff are waiting for several week’s work of pay and tips. I could not recommend this job less.
