  • Not the ideal company to work for.
    Too much waste of taxpayers money. So many inefficiencies.
    There is no fairness. Employees are not treated equally and so much politics takes place that it hinders the work.
    On the other hand the pay is great and the EDOs (Earned Days Off) are what keeps people there. Employees have every other day of the week off (some have Fridays and others Mondays).
    If it were not for the fact I've been here for over 10 years I would definitely leave. I am actually rethinking the whole thing and may decide to leave. Money is not everything in life, peace of mind and looking forward to going to work is what's most important.
