If you have other options, do not work in the Assessment and Taxation. It's a mysterious "black box", the top secret hidden area, with too many management issues. Assessment fairness, data quality, tax rate calculation, tax policy and so on. Nothing is transparent, and nothing can be transparent to the public. Management is lack of both technical skills and people skills. However, they're good at limiting and designing the freedom of gaining knowledge, the freedom of speech, and particularly the freedom of networking.

What happened to the post from Rater #26, posted right after this one on the same day? It sang high praises for the management, called staff parasites, and ended up getting over 30 thumbs down. Wonder if the rater took it down?
