The main problem is payment. 1. It's very low and dispite of promises they don't want to rise it. 2. The manager of the Toronto's office makes conditions to postpone payments. Doesn't check invoices on time. Then inform at the day of payment, two weeks from the day of the invoice that there is smth wrong with it and you need to add some documents. So you have your first delay for additional two weeks. And you you are not very accurate with documents and don't make hir to chek is properly you can have 3-6 weeks delay. Like you've been working for 12 weeks, and be paid only for 3-5 weeks. Office is a townhouse and it was very cold there during winter. Computer are old. And by the contract you have to pay 7% for using her computers and programs.
