I am a management employee who was formerly a conductor. In total I have just under 2 years time with the company. The pay is adequate, although the lifestyle can be summed up as less than par. There are great opportunities for advancement in management. Being a conductor has its own benefits, getting guaranteed hours of rest, opportunity to bid scheduled jobs. All in all, the company is good to work for, if you can tolerate the lifestyle. I would rate this job with 3 stars.
