The pay is good but there are a lot of sacrifices to make, & I would tell anyone to run as far away from this employer as you can. There is zero work life balance, forget about spending time with your friends & family. The place is also extremely mismanaged from the top down. Management does not care about labour laws, labour contracts, or least of all your safety despite preaching safety in public communications. But talk is cheap,actually spending money on safety isn't.
