I don't know what the others are talking about, I have being working here for a few years and things are very reasonable here. Pay is at par if not better than some of other companies. We are not being asked to work free overtime although some people works late because they came in late. We do have a choice to work flexi-hours. I noticed the complaints were fairly recent, it could be coming from couple of new hires didn't make it through probation or some people didn't like the new Ontario Family day being subsituting our floater day. Hey, we do have 10 holidays per year plus our normal vacation days. I believe this is the same for most companies.
