Pros: - Good starting salaries - Excellent benefits and pension - Flexible schedule and vacations - Good location - Successful company Cons: - Tight budgets - Below average raises - Strategies constantly changing, losing focus Pro or Con: - All employees may be required to work in the field or on trains.
