Great company to get involved with, especially with a family or someone starting out in a career. Outstanding benefits and perks (massive mortgage discount, choice of pension/RRSP plans, choice of numerous medical/dental plans, performance-based incentives, competitive wages.) Great vision and performance. Needs to better reward independent success, but otherwise, 9.5/10.
