The comment left by rater8 is pretty accurate. The qualifications of those in charge seem to be minimal. HR isn't very competent and does not mediate like they are supposed to. Promotions in the company do seem to be based on favouritism and not on performance. Perhaps this is why most smart, qualified, and hard working people go to the big banks where they can realize their potential opposed to being held back at some Moma&Pop financial institution.
