The IT department and project management office is an awful place to be. The company seems to have a vision but are too stuck in bureaucracy and political issues to translate that and communicate that down the lines. All the work falls to the IT folk and managers don’t recognize the level of stress others are put under. In addition, the culture is very negative and is honest. Approximately 25 people have left the team of 40 in the one year I’ve been at the company.
