The worst experience in everything, from A to Z, including their unprofessional union, you end up loosing your job easley, you can manage to stay longer by being good in conspiracies racist, back bitters, praising the unexperienced manager in everything, support his bad action and like if necessary, etc...then the management will like you, even-though you might be promoted in no time to become one of them. Sadly this exist
