big NO! They make you stress, bring work home, feel like crap about yourself. They will never appreciate anything you do and pick at every little thing you don't do properly. I've spoken to a lot of Condor employees and no a one guard had someting positive to say about management. I don't know why people stick around. Maybe because they make you feel like you are worthless and you feel like there is nothing better you can do with your life.
