Condor is not as bad of a company as some people say it is. Yes the upper management is strict, but that is to be expected in the security feild. They do have a tendencie to hire some recurits that are incapable of preforming their duties properly, but what company doesn't. Unfortunatlly; it is mostly these people that get frustrated about the company when they are called out on something and turn around and write a bad review. I have been called in to the office to dissus things I have done, and never have I felt dissrespected. I was called in because I made a mistake. I explained my actions and they accepted my reasoning. If you are looking for a job where you will get a gold star and a cookie for just showing up and sitting there, security in general is not the job for you. But if you are willing to dedicate some effort to what you do, and are willing to own up to your mistakes, Condor security is a good company to work for. I say this having worked for 3 different companies before coming to Condor. Working for those companies, I was nothing more than a number. Condor has a better relation with their employees. They belive in active communication with thier employees to improve their service. Unfortunatly some people can not stand the slightst bit of critisizm. Condor also has a very good training program for both new and experienced employees. Their pay progressivly increases as you complete the training courses, and prove you have the skills required to take on more responsibilities. Other companies I have worked for have just given me a uniform, placd me in a building, and told me to read a binder and make sure no one causes any trouble. In closing, Condor security IS a good company to work for providing you are a good employee. If you are expecting to show up and be a body behind a desk, there are plenty of other companies out there . You get out what you are willing to put in
