I have worked for G4S, Primary Response, in house at a college, and Condor. I know what I'm talking about. Condor is very unique, it is like joining the military in a way. This will make some people absolutely hate it, and some absolutely love it. I have to say that Condor is hands down the best security company that I have worked for but I'll admit it's not for everyone. If you want a security job so that you can sit at a desk in a condo and do your homework or something, if you want a slacker job, Condor is not for you. That's fine, I'm not judging you, but if you want a company with easy sites that are good for students or just good for a chill easy job go to G4S, not Condor. Condor busts your ass. They WORK YOU. You have to work HARD in Condor and train HARD, constantly. If you want to challenge yourself, if you want a job that pushes you to work harder and learn more about the security industry, then join Condor. Condor has some easy sites, yes, but you cannot slack off at Condor. They constantly test and drill you, so that's why I said it isn't for everyone. I can understand the negative comments. In all honesty you work harder at Condor than you do at other security companies and they don't pay you more, the pay is the same. Some would say, why should I work harder for the same pay? I understand that. But, you know, pay isn't everything. Being a security guard is not really a career, no one wants to do that for life. The thing is, Condor will train you so that you are better prepared to move into an actual career, either as management in security or in a related field, like emergency services. If you are career oriented and you like to challenge yourself and grow, Condor is the company for you.
