I started with Condor when they were still in the earlier stages of business. There had been few level 3 employees, and they were still in the designing phase of what they wanted their training model to include. When I left Condor I was a level 3 guard with Verbal Judo, ASP Basic and Tactical Awareness certifications. The only course I regret not being able to take was the Fire Safe. Their whole recruitment/hiring process is exactly how their model is. They will try to throw you off balance so they can evaluate how you can deal with stress. It will be uncomfortable, but if you are willing to learn, they will teach you about the company, the security field, yourself, and pushing your limits. Their training regimes are incredible. Stress drills that test you under pressure will show you flaws that you didn't know you had. If you fail the tests, it teaches you what you can do to improve, and if you succeed in the drills, it gives you confidence to try more. Level 1, and 2 with Verbal Judo was stressful at the time. But for those of us who went through Level 3... There is a whole other level that you can always achieve. The three head managers all want to progress the company, and change the view of security guards in people's minds. As an employee, they require you to take pride in what you do as a professional to assist in that change of people's opinions of Security Guards. If you are looking to get into Law Enforcement, Condor will give you the tools and abilities to reach your goals if you are willing to put in the work, time and effort.
