As a current employee (2years) it amazes me how this company can stay afloat. The amount of disorganization miscommunication and favoritism within management is astounding. If management doesn't like you they will single you out they will Target you and make your life miserable until you quit. This is the only company I've ever worked for where current employees don't want to be in supervisory positions or management because of the horrible toxic work environment
