For Crawford everybody is expendable and they don't seem to care whether you stay or you leave, all mngmt cares about is how to save money even if they are under budget. They have "conditional" shifts where they guarantee 3 hours of work but they can send you home after that. Holiday shifts are all conditional as well, regardless. They keep increasing the work load without any compensations. It is a dead-end job.
