I wouldn't recommend this employer to anybody. There seems is no clear vision on the part of upper management and as a result everything is a mess, constant change is happening because nobody seems to know where they are going. They often train you by email and the emails are often unclear or lacking information, then they expect a quality of work that is way above the level of training. Managers then threaten employees with disciplinary action if the employees can't keep up with expectations.
