Crawford doesn't value experience and commitment to the company; in a very unfair move, just recently, they laid off a group of the oldest, most experienced and valuable employees to save money and fight dissent. Nepotism is very much alive and well at Crawford. Most employees are looking for a job right now, I guess that says it all.
