I wouldn't give this company 5 stars, but in the 2 years I worked there is was a stable experience. My management (might be a different experience for others) were incredibly helpful and encouraging, and realistic in their expectations. The main issue I had with them was their compensation versus responsibilities. Its definitely one of those jobs where overworking yourself is verbally rewarded, but not financially. After the luster of a new job dies off you very quickly find your hard work unrewarded and lower your work ethic to that of what you're getting paid for, and equally quickly notice the general shift in attitude towards you. TLDR: Its good on a resume, but be mindful of how hard you work yourself and what you expect, as your pay wont change to reflect your performance.
