Seriously, save yourself the trouble. Management is just pure non-sense fantasy, awful lot of promises with little to none kept. Turnover so high that you only deal with new persons every month. Got many problems on the way out, you have to deal with CNT to get your due money, and it happened to almost all the people who worked there. Another interesting indicator, there are only 2 types of people, those who don't know at all D4iS (because it doesn't have what it takes to become a serious company) and those who hate it (for same reason plus bad customer relationships).
