What you would expect from a tirer 3 company: Poor management/leadership i.e. either dinosaurs or young guns both out of touch with reality Nobody cares who works at the firm i.e. lack of communication/do not complete tasks when asked Office equipment from is 1995 i.e. internal systems which makes your task hard to complete Very little opportunity for advancement I was warned before I joined about the above however I joined thinking it could not be that bad... well it was, in fact it was worse than one could imagine...
