Stay away from DAG - Downtown Automotive Group- Downtown Toyota. There is zero management. Extremely disorganized. You would think a company that basis it's existence on customers purchasing a car that the sales persons would be more than happy to meet with them. But they are not. Customers waiting around for or on hold for long periods of time with no sales agents in sight. Sales agents that refuse to pick up the phone when called. Not a nice place to work. Very hostile. Stay away at all costs.

When there is a line up of customers in person and on the phone waiting to speak to a sales agent, but there are no sales agents to be found or they just refuse to answer the phone and the so-called manager just stands there starring at you, red faced, with his hands on his hips. As if that's your fault and not the fault of your sales agents? Oh look here they come, a bunch of sales agents just strolling on by, walking in with a tray of goodies from Tim Hortons. Red Flag. Folks you don't want to work for this organization. Avoid it at all cost. Zero Management Sales Agents who do not respond to calls when they are being requested to speak or meet with customers Finance Department that does not return customers calls Zero time management as well.

Not just sales agents refusing to answer the phone other staff members refusing to pick up the phone or return customer calls. How do you expect to run a business when you're so anti-customers? If it wasn't for those customers you would be out of a job. Pathetic.
