Anything good I could say is automatically nullified by the fact that the company doesn't mean anything that it says. Sure there may be some good ideas here and there, but everything gets lost in the mix of unmotivated people, managers (who are insincere), and an American company who is only using Canadians cuz we're faster & cheaper than the US counterparts. Now that everything is fairly automated, they found even cheaper staff in Asian countries. I guess they won't get any cheaper than that! They do try to make up for it with decent benefits and goofy prizes.... oh yeah pizza and pop too.
