I personally have worked at a few different frac and oilfield companies and feel that the atmosphere, procedures and company values at element are far superior to those of any other oilfield employers out there. They are small and all about the team. As far as safety this is a very comfortable place to be, the people are very knowledgable and willing to train over and above your job position. I would recomend this company to any of my friends and therefore anyone that can be an assett, its definately a company you have to experience for yourself.

I don't know what stories you've heard, but if you heard its a great place to work they're all true.To me it sounds like you may as well stay in estevan cause we don't want you anyways we have awesome management and great bunch of guys who all get along great. And our so called ex-president is still very much involved he just has alot of other projects on the go right now.Besides we have President,VP,sales all in one who does a fantastic job and very much looks after his guys,by far best manager I've ever seen after many years in the industry.Hope this clears up some of your questions........

Oh I forgot I guess that proves rater #3 by calling you a bunch of disorganized cowboys was correct given the comments that things were indeed running rough when rater #2 appears to have misled potential employees.I was thinking about coming up from Estevan and giving you guys a look, but I see major changes and a former president now missing from your webpages - what gives? No announcement just gone. Sorry for a small firm it doesn't look to strongly organized to me.

I like the point "a little rough off the start", like to elaborate or are the stories everybody is hearing out there are true???
I have to agree with this guy I personally have been there since the start of it and its all good a little rough off the start but its definitly coming together in a hurry. I believe they are gonna do very well all you have to do is look around they are pretty much the busiest of the bunch down here.Good place to be very easy bunch to get along with.
