This is a company where only friends of those in power get promotions, they pay well and great benefits and you are expected to just do your job and support the people who are the bosses and usually know a lot less than you

Worked there for three years and would completely agree with the above comments...and really, does it matter whether his daughter was in a senior or junior position - the history of the company dictates that in time, when WILL be in a senior position, cause that's just what they do

Well the tone is set at the top. Eresman hired his daughter into a senior position. Totally corrupt organization where the few are worked into the ground while the cronies take the credit, the options and the promotions.

Totally true. Old adage, it isn't what you know it is who you know. You get a nice comfortable place to stay if you get a job here, but if you aren't someone's friend or relative, forget advancement.
