This employer absolutely deserves a 5 star rating from me, though the site doesn't seem to want to allow it! My personal experience is as follows: Amazing, clearly stated vision, well trained management, great employee communication, immense employee pride in company, great perks, wonderful offices (and will even better when The Bow is complete!), great opportunities for advancement, changeling responsibilities, great work-life balance and schedule, reasonable stress level. Check out their Corporate Constitution online. Highly recommended!

Just a company TROLL trying to improve ECA's online reputation or a friens of an insider with undeserved promotion based on an ability to brown nose and take credit for someone else's work. Truly a 'changeling' LOL. Check out their Corporate Constitution OMG
