Je peux dire personnellement qu'Énergie Cardio est une entreprise qui nous permet de sans cesse apprendre et de s'améliorer en tant qu'employé. Une grande place est attribuée à notre écoute et aux suggestions que l'on fait. C'est un milieu de travail qui respecte chaque employé et qui nous permet de s'impliquer selon nos compétences. Travaillant pour l'entreprise depuis un peu plus de 9 ans, je suis entrée en poste à titre d'entraîneure et suis maintenant à un poste de directrice. La possibilité d'avancement est donc très possible!!!
