  • They fire a significant amount of new hires *before* start day for not meeting the unspecified "minimum grade", but after making them go through two interviews, online tests,a noncompete clause, and non-solicitation clause and after making them read an entire book about solar and write a test. The probationary period is 3-months and you can be fired at any time for low sales, base pay is about 2000 a month. they do a new "training class" every couple of months which is a month-long and people get terminated throughout. The executive team only consists of men, and women are disproportionately found in lower-paid roles.

    They are a reputable brand and industry pioneer with many great training resources available. Unfortunately they have been having to rebrand every few years, last time it was because they laid off their entire staff when they got acquired and gave all their executives bonuses. Don't work here if you need a job to survive. Otherwise, enjoy the friendly team, a great industry, commission, chance to move up, and a remote and flexible environment. Most of their top salespeople are new employees.
