From inception this company looked great on paper but had no idea how to function. The top-heavy pay scale leaves the highly-skilled and professionally trained workers at the bottom frustrated, overworked, underpaid and under valued by management with no training or experience in the laboratory environment. The layoffs of 65 positions in three years have employees worried about job security.
