Although at the beginning everything seemed to be good and the promises were too good to be true... they were too good to be true!! it has now become a very toxic work environment. Morale is very low, and time off is hard to come by. There is absolutely no communication from any management level about anything. There is no accountability in regards to the management decisions and there outcomes. Many outcomes arising from these decisions have cost unnecessary time and money. Increased workload and staffing shortages (which are NOT because of a lack of trained and educated personnel) have increased the stress levels making it very hard to keep up with the demands of our health care system. People are doing double the workload when staff aren't replaced!
