I've been in the industry for many years, have rarely seen worse work conditions. Am questioning my career choice after all these years due to poor management and stress. Cutbacks affecting front line workers and patient care, but the higher ups keep getting their raises despite poor performance and rising financial deficits. Would be nice to see the core values being respected from the top on down instead of the opposite. Ideally, would like to see the hospitals take back the laboratories.
