EORLA claims that their mission is to provide the best healthcare possible, which is clearly a lie. All they care about is the bottom line, while having a 0% increase in what they charge the hospitals and giving the executives an annual raise. They cut positions annually and expect the rest of the employees to pick up the slack with no compensation. They hire a staffing department that only costs them money and do nothing to improve the scheduling process. Consistent poor management choices leave the employees unhappy, overworked. and tired, which only affects patient care.
