I would NOT recommend a career at EORLA to any friends nor my worst enemy. 1. Sick staff members are no longer replaced thereby jeopardizing patient care. 2. Employees schedule and rotation are altered without employee prior approval nor notification. 3. Staff are continually harassed PUBLICALLY by management over the length of their coffee and lunch breaks unduly and other trivial matters. 4. More staff are continually laid off while the management continues to rake in Sunshine List salaries of $100 000 to $400 000 per annum. 5. Vital supplies and equipment are often in short supply and in disrepair. 6. Vacation requests are routinely denied on account of staffing shortages. In conclusion, morale is ZERO. Employee sick calls are increasing exponentially. Experienced, talented employees have been forced into retirement while new supervisors and management with little to no on site experience nor familiarity have been brought in. You'd be much happier working at WalMart or as a bartender.
