Unfortunately, this company feels that more Managers mean better care for residents. There are lots of people sitting in offices in front of computers but we work short staffed trying to provide quality care in a very little time to our residents. More hands on would be more beneficial to the residents. The care of ADL is common sense. Spending more time and money on figuring out how to reduce the budget for food or limit the number of briefs used seems against common sense and more, bonus to management for saving money. It is frustrating to work here but for the residents and other staff you wouldn't have long term care facilities anywhere. Remember this is a for profit company so they are there to MAKE money.
