Absolutely without a doubt the worst company I have ever worked for! Management is poor, penny pinching, unorganized,dirty and treat the staff like slaves. There is a lack of respect, professionalism, and empathy for employees. There is no room for advancement and staff morale is very low.

I work for Extendicare in Manitoba. What is posted hear is dead set true. They treat all employees like slaves and here in Manitoba also, the management is to blame. We are all looking for other jobs due to the lack appreciation and being treated like CRAP. I hate going to work there cause this company is truly taking someone's disadvantages and only caring about the money it brings in.
