Every rating so far is bang on. I didn't stay long once I realized what I got myself into. Most of the staff at the head office look like they're ready to go into one of the homes. There are a handful of competent workers and the rest are just there because the management doesn't have the guts to fire them which leaves everyone else to do their work. On top of that you have management who talk a good game but don't play it. All in all a very frustrating company to work for.
