In my opinion, Fusion Security Inc. is one of the best security companies to work for in Vancouver compare to shady security companies such as Securiguard, Concord, Garda, Paladin, Securitas, G4S. Intercon, United Protection Services, Premier, Polo, etc.

As a company, Fusion does try to do the right thing and try their best to keep good security guards.
I also feel Fusion Security Inc. is a fantastic security company to work for and to take pride. However, there are certain aspects, in my opinion, I feel Fusion Security Inc.'s management including site supervisors should improve on the following areas:

*Honest feedback questionaire for guards to state their opinions without any repercussions from management/site supervisors
*Management should monitor sites more closely
*Proper training sessions for recently site hired guards
*Promotion from within the company
*Better organizational skills and time management skills needs
*Better communication skills from head office to sites
