For being a global recession, you would think Fusion would hire better class of security personnel, instead Fusion is not screening in better class of guards. It seems like societies' rejects and guards with known psychiatric issues are getting in while bullying, harassing, tormenting other guards on site which is making the workplace a horrible place to go to work at. Management are aware of this chooses not to deal with workplace harassment. Site supervisors are infamous for bullying good guards away from this company.
