• Hard work. Very, very busy place. Many new clients in 2014-15, and so new brands mean workload is heavy. Staff additions are helping (slowly but surely). • They do not train you. They then complain about the way you complete the job instead of sitting you down and explaining how they prefer it be done. No recognition. • Il est vrai que certains employés peuvent bénéficier d'excellentes conditions...mais pas tous! Contrats temporaires trop nombreux, avancement seulement pour certains, hypocrisie d'affichage de postes alors qu'on sait déjà qui va les obtenir...pas de vision, aucune modernité. • Dans les prochaines années ils prévoient remplacer beaucoup d'employés par des machines... C'est évident qu'ils n'ont aucune considération pour leurs employés, ils veulent que ce soient des robots. "Tu te la ferme et tu fais ce que l'on te dis" !! Ils n'écoutent pas les idées des employés et même pas ceux de leurs clients!   They set the bar REALLY high...but those of us who can over that bar end up being true professionals.
  There are many "agencies" out there for the mediocre and the lazy if that's what you need.

• This is not an agency for everyone. Those without the training, professional skills, or discipline to best serve the clients either choose to leave, are fired or are pushed out. • In my opinion, long hours, undercompensation, poor communication, high stress levels, lack of recognition and minimal feedback. Company has moved to a location that is very hard for employees to access by public transit. High employee turnover.   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• Very motivating place to work. Not at all like other agencies...they truly teach you how to be good at what you do. They have no time for those who are lazy or who skim the surface. The entire team can be hard on members who don't have what it takes. The employees who last are enthusiastic and ambitious and smart. Compared to other agencies, this is by far the best. • I feel proud to work at this company. They push you hard and expect a lot, but they really reward good work. If you are good at what you do, they'll make you great.
