Lintégration au sein de l'entreprise est virtuellement nulle, on vous lance dans le bain sans ou avec peu de préparation et on vous reproche vos initiatives. La rétroaction concernant le travail et la reconnaissance font sérieusement défaut sauf s'il s'agit de commentaires négatifs. La rétention du personnel est très mauvaise. La rémunération est médiocre mais les avantages sociaux sont respectables à l'exception de la formation à laquelle les employés ne sont jamais inscrits. La charge de travail est inhumaine, chacun accomplit le travail de deux personnes. Le stress est très élevé et a une répercussion directe sur les congés de maladie. Somme toute l'employeur se voit conciliant à l'égard de la conciliation travail-famille. Les possibilités d'avancement sont rarissimes. Cette entreprise n'est pas recommandable, sauf peut-être à votre pire ennemi.

This company is so bad I only stay cause the client is nice to work for. Garda doen't care about you as an employee. Management and supervisors never reply to your calls or emails nor to the clients in my case.The managesment call you only when they want you to fill in a shift at the last minute.Other security guards have told me they requested time off work for vacation months in advance to make it easy for schedulers and they don't ever hear any reply from GARDA management until the last day before they guards go on vacation.The next day these guards are told to come in 'cause the GARDA never sent any guards to fill in .They get these "fill in guards " at the site AT THE LAST MINUTE!!! The client was really pissed off with GARDA about this.Even the clients staff stood up for me .
