Désolant de constater un si grand écart de salaire entre les employés à temps plein et les employés à temps partiel effectuant le même travail...les deux courent pourtant le même risque relié à la nature du travail et ont sensiblement les mêmes responsabilités. C'est contradictoire de demander aux agents d'effectuer un travail d'équipe efficace et professionnel et de leur donner des salaires différents.
