Très peu de reconnaissance du travail bien fait, on valorise plus la quantité à la qualité du travail, direction plancher parfois méprisante et arrogante, Manque d'expérience des directeurs de compte, horaire de travail jour-soir-nuit dans la même semaine, 3 paliers de salaire pour le même travail effectué, 8-9 ans avant d'obtenir un poste t.plein, manque d'organisation, de planification et de cours de gestion de personnel pour les boss, n'ont pas compris encore que des employés heureux sont plus productifs, vieille mentalité d'armée, etc....
