I was employed with this company from Feb. 2010 through Aug. 2010. I was able to set my own shift and subsequently the days that I would work. I was furnished with a new and well appointed truck for an OTR operation that was both spacious and comfortable. I was, for the most part, required only to do the deliveries that I had been hired to complete, and not required to do other jobs not pertaining to my original agreement. From the very first pay period that I was employed here (bi-weekly pay schedule) pay cheques came in missing most or all of extra time hours worked. These amounts would range anywhere between $500.00 - to as much as $2000.00 in a pay period in missing funds. At first these monies would be paid the following monday on a separate cheque and the employers seemed genuinely apologetic. By the time that I quit the amounts of missing money had risen dramatically, contact with the office was very limited, phone calls and messages went routinely ignored. By my second last pay period missing monies were not payed out to employees until well after two weeks beyond the original pay date. There is always a question of correct pay as employees of this company are almost never furnished with paperwork to back up or check pay deposits against (pay stubs). I am still missing roughly $1000 from my final pay packet, as well as having difficulty obtaining a record of employment.
