Received a call from their Internal Recruiter, after receiving my resume from a current employee. I was told that I would be a good fit and that they would get back to me within two weeks for a possbile interview. Since this time I have left voice messages and emails to the recruiter, who is so unprofessional to not even respond. Is this the type of place you want to work for. I do know the COO and have placed a call to tell him about my experience with this internal recruiter. Even if I am not a candidate, professionalism would at least respond to my inquiries telling me so, especially since I have industry experience for their firm.
