DO NOT WORK FOR GFL!!! Management openly threatens that you can be replaced. If you go to HR for help, you're told the manager knows best. When they take your company over, get out ASAP as the nice job you had is no more. They put impossible standards in place and find loopholes in previous incentive plans to avoid honoring them. They don't care about anyone and only need a body in a desk or truck and will work that person until they are broken. GFL = Good F#cking Luck
