There is no advancement in this company unless you hired in one of the top positions or family or close friends. The CEO doesn't acknowledge anyone but the very top people and even they have struggled advancing in their job. My bonus was stripped from me and about 80% of the other employees with no explanation. A husband and wife worked for GFL but in two different offices (husband was in ajax, the wife was in pickering) and they were taken into separate rooms and fired on the exact same day, same time and forced to hand over their company cell phones so they couldn't get in contact with each other. The experiences people go through with this company is brutal. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.
